Halloween Events

There’s something spooky happening on the Isle of Wight this Halloween. The Island becomes the ‘Isle of Fright’ every October with events running Islandwide at all of your favourite Island attractions. Get your witches hat and your broom, or your magic wand because the Island is ready to welcome little monsters big or small!

Here are the confirmed Halloween events happening across the Island in October 2026, ranging from family-friendly frights to grown-up enchantments: More spooky announcements to come as we hear of them!

Dark Woods Outdoor Cinema at Robin Hill

This October, Robin Hill will become something very different… As darkness falls, we’re taking you deep into the heart of the woodland and into our outdoor amphitheatre for two terrifying nights of outdoor cinema!

A giant screen will light up the trees while atmospheric lighting, immersive sound and special effects create a genuinely unsettling experience all around you.

🎬 THE EXORCIST | Friday 23rd October
🪓 THE SHINING | Saturday 24th October

There’ll be fresh popcorn, hot food, snacks and a bar serving drinks throughout the night, because you’re going to need something to keep you going…

And when the film ends… you still have to walk through the dark woods to get home…

Good luck.

Fright Night Ball at Robin Hill

But first… you have to survive the trail. Make it through the trail and you’ll arrive at the Fright Night Fancy Dress Ball, with live music from Boogie Monsters, DJ sets and immersive lighting and sound.

On arrival, you’ll be greeted with a Halloween cocktail, with canapés served throughout the night & don’t forget the Fancy Dress Competition! Come dressed to impress… or dressed to terrify.
