Isle of Wight Festival 2025 review
The Isle of Wight Festival delivered a high-production, nostalgia-driven experience with something for everyone – veteran acts, pop hits, family zones, and interactive setups. Thematically playful with its “Neon Jungle” aesthetic, and backed by Sky’s massive presence, it felt polished and engaging.
Sting kicked off Friday with full Police-era thowbacks, supported by Faithless, which had everyone in the mood for what was going to be a festival to remember. Stereophonics delivered a rock-heavy Saturday set, energising the crowd with their hits spanning over 30 years.
Pop royalty such as Jess Glynne, The Corrs, Busted, Texas, Olly Murs and Amy MacDonald brought crowd-pleasing energy while Brit-rock nods were made from Supergrass, Razorlight, Pale Waves, and Midge Ure which bolstered the Big Top lineup. Remember Monday were a big hit singing their new material off of the back of their Eurovision success.

Justin Timberlake closed the festival on Sunday with a slick production and dancers giving us his impressing back catalog – we wanted to “Dance Dance Dance” some more.
The “Neon Jungle” fancy dress theme added a splash of fun to the occasion. Areas such as Electro Love, Field of Dreams, Cirque de la Quirk, KidZone, and wellness zones delivered on variety and atmosphere for the whole family.

Our biggest surprise was the Spice Bus… which we thought was ZIG-A-ZIG-AHHHMAZING! The Spice Bus, located at the end field opposite the Electro Love tent, is a huge part of movie history and one for the Spice fans – what a treat! The whole bus has been converted in to a chique, chilled hang out where you could stand the chance to win part-ownership when you entered a competition. The upstairs was laid out with pillows and a bed, accompanied by a clothing rail of nostalgic clothing from the Spice Era. Geri’s famous Union Jack dress included – sadly a replica of course. Downstairs played the Spice Movie, with a bowl of lollipops, fun memorabilia on the walls and photos. This definitely SPICED up our weekend and ticked one off the bucket list!
Isle of Wight Festival 2025 offered a polished, diverse, and lively experience, giving local bands, dance groups and creatives a platform for their chance to shine. With big-name artists, immersive festival vibes, and interactive spaces, this was a well organised and successful year for the Festival team. Many compliments have been shared about how clean the toilets were, the bins being emptied regularly and staff working hard behind the scenes to ensure that the festival ran smoothly and safely – and in extreme temperatures!
