Radio Reunion for the South’s biggest phone-in
Between 1992 and 2009 Big Al and The Doc’s daily lunchtime phone-in became must listen to radio. For 17 years, workshops, garages, homes and offices across the South all tuned in midday to 1pm to hear radio’s dynamic duo winding up the Island population with their mischievous, outrageous and sometimes downright stupid shenanigans. New Pumpkin Festival at Tapnell Farm
This October half term, 22nd – 30th, you can celebrate the humble pumpkin at Tapnell Farm, with a Pumpkin Festival, a new stand-alone, all-weather event in the Farm Park’s event barn. Back for a second year Shanklin Chine, the Isle of Wight’s most historic attraction, is transforming into a haven for Halloween ghosts and ghouls this half term.
