The Isle of Wight Festival 2024 line-up has been officially announced today! We can’t wait for next years festival, and now we know the acts we’re even more excited. Did you know the Isle of Wight Festival has been shortlisted for an award? This year the festival has been nominated as “Best Large Festival” in the UK Festival Awards 2023. We expect they’ll be coming back next year with a bang after this years success! Softi & Toph’s webcams at The Wildheart Sanctuary
Isleofwight.com has donated two new webcams to The Wildheart Sanctuary. We are proud to have donated two new live webcams to The Wildheart Animal Sanctuary. Softi and Toph arrived at the Sanctuary earlier this year after a difficult start to life. The Sanctuary have worked tirelessly to build a beautiful enclosure and forever home for the two tigers, and now they can be monitored 24/7 enjoying life in their new home. Softi and Toph’s story You may remember stories about Softi and Toph’s arrival and rescue, earlier this year. Softi and Toph were discovered in a horse box loaded with 8 other tigers.
Brush & Bubbles at The Bay
The Bay are so excited to be the first to offer the Bubbles and Brush experience to The Isle of Wight. If you're looking for something new, unique and fun to fill your afternoons or evenings, look no further - we're excited about this one! The Bay Vegan Cafe & Coffee House is introducing the first Brush & Bubbles experience to the Isle of Wight, and you won't want to miss it! This is a two hour activity, led by a local artist. All equipment needed is provided, to teach you brushstrokes on a practice board before transferring your newly acquired skills

A Review by Elizabeth Fahy WOW! On Friday evening we took a sneak peak at this years Terror Island event at Blackgang Chine; and we’re still shaking now! Magical princesses and crime fighting heroes are making their way to Shankln Chine on Sunday 17th September. Characters from Enchanted Isle - Princess Parties will be making their way to the Isle of Wight's most historic and magical attraction from 11am. Little ones can meet Alice in Wonderland, Spiderman, Rapunzel, Captain America, Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), and Elsa throughout the afternoon. The team at Vectis Ventures (parent company of Blackgang Chine and Robin Hill) are delighted to be working collaboratively across both sites to bring a sensational family event at Blackgang Chine this Autumn. Fiesta of The Dead will feature a Cowboy Town takeover and will see the return of the ever popular “Electric Light Show”. “Although we understand that many of you will miss the woodland scenery this autumn at Robin Hill, we have had a challenging season both due to the weather and the economy.
