Summer Holiday Activities at West Wight Sports and Community Centre
Every school holiday West Wight Sports and Community Centre put together a jam-packed programme of activities and the summer holidays are no different. They have a variety of sessions running from Monday 29th July to Saturday 31st August for all ages to enjoy. The land-based activities include tag rugby, youth pickleball, dance, soft archery, climbing and youth football. The water related activities include intensive swimming lessons for all abilities, kayaking, diving, pre-sailing skills, mermaid swimming, snorkelling, rookie lifesaving, fun hours and open swim sessions.
Sessions start at £4 and vary for each activity, funding is available and can be applied for via the website. Places are limited for all activities so book now to avoid disappointment.
Bookings are open for all sessions except fun hour and open swim sessions which are only bookable up to nine days in advance. Pop into Reception to get a copy of the programme of events or visit the website to view the details. Bookings can be made over the phone by calling 01983 752168 or in person at Reception.
