Christmas Shopping in Portsmouth made easy with Solent Cruises

Solent Cruises are offering the ideal trip over the water for some Christmas Shopping or an explore around Portsmouth. From Cowes to Portsmouth landing at Gunwharf Quays, you can take advantage of their return crossings every weekend for just £10 per adult!

Sailings leave on a Saturday and Sunday morning from their Cowes terminal at 9:30am, returning at 4pm or 5pm from Gunwharf.

Fancy extending your stay? Why not hop on the Saturday morning sailing from Cowes and stay the night in Portsmouth? Use your return ticket for the sailing departing Gunwharf on Sunday evening at no extra cost.

Enjoy Gunwharf Quays Christmas Shopping Village, hop on a train to Southampton or Winchester Christmas Markets; a perfect opportunity to enjoy fresh crepes, minced pies, mulled wine or a baileys hot chocolate. Maybe even a trip up to London’s Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park? Visit the historical dockyard or maybe even enjoy a night in Portsmouth with friends or colleagues to celebrate the end of another busy year. Onboard your boat, you’ll find a fully licensed bar offering tea/coffee, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and snacks. Free parking is also available at their Cowes terminal; alternatively a long stay carpark is located nearby on Brunswick Road.
