  Red Funnel has announced it will be adding two late night sailings to its Red Jet timetable next weekend. To coincide with the Take That concert in Southampton, the last Red Jet departing the city on Saturday 1st June will be at 23:45, with the final West Cowes service running at 00:15 on Sunday 2ndJune. Solent Cruises celebrates arrival of Cunard Queen Anne

Solent Cruises are proud to be celebrating the maiden arrival of the new Cunard Queen Anne cruise ship into Southampton on Saturday 27th April.   Solent Cruises will be part of the welcoming flotilla into the Solent and up Southampton water. The Cunard Queen Anne will become the 249th ship to sail under the Cunard flag and enters service this year.  It will make up a quartet of Cunard ships at sea alongside Queen Mary II, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth. Red Funnel announces vehicle ferry timetable changes in support of essential maintenance

Red Funnel has announced it will be extending its winter timetable into the first few days of April in addition to reverting to winter hours for an 11-day period later in April. The timetable changes are the result of the operator needing more time to carry out essential maintenance to its vehicle ferries as a consequence of unpredictably prolonged and complex engine repair works onboard Red Eagle. Red Eagle’s delayed return means annual maintenance which is legally required to take place on Red Osprey and Red Falcon will also be delayed, resulting in some impact to Red Funnel’s scheduled vehicle ferry timetable. Red Funnel confirms Christmas period timetables

Red Funnel has confirmed its timetables for the upcoming Christmas period (19 December 2022 – 2 January 2023). Notably, Red Funnel will once again be the only ferry company crossing the Solent on Christmas Day, offering two departures from each side via their vehicle ferry service on Sunday, 25 December: Departing Southampton: 09:00 & 12:00 Departing East Cowes: 10:30 & 13:30 Red Funnel invests heavily in the maintenance of its vessels, with most of the major works taking place during the winter season.
