#1. Isle of Wight Festival
The most awaited, Isle of Wight Festival is set to commence yet again on the 11th of June, Thursday. The art and music fest will last for five days until 15th June, 2020, Monday. It features legendary artists from around the world, lots of food and activities. Last year, around 59,000 attendees enjoyed the big festival on the island and this year it might get even bigger.
#2. Frosty Fun with Elsa and Anna
All the frozen fans prepare for the meet and greet event with your favourite snow sisters, Elsa and Anna who will come with an activity-packed day of games and songs. The event will be held on January 26, Sunday at Tapnell Farm Park with a magic show. Plus, there will be a Roller Rink open for all the skaters from 11 A.M. to 4 P.M.
#3. Cowes Week
Another top Isle of Wight Event is the Cowes Week – the largest and apparently the oldest annual sailing regatta in the world. With an 8-day schedule of racing, it has attracted around 8,000 contenders and 100,000 spectators. Visitors get to enjoy shore-side entertainment all day and night watch the sailing action or pull out a spectator boat. Also, most awaited fireworks will take place on the final Friday of the 8-day event.
#4. Jack Up the 70s
February is for music lovers. On 22 February, Saturday, the island will host sounds of the 70s and throw a retro-themed disco party. All the party animals are invited to boogie all night long with Chic, Wind and Fire, T.Rex The Sweet and other Seventies chartbusters. 5-piece and The Zoots will also perform and light up the event with a live show.
For the first-timers, Hullabaloo is the answer. Organised in May 2020, it is a discovery and exploration event for everyone. The fest includes beach activities, art and craft, food stalls, entertainment stages and whatnot.
