Robin Hill and Blackgang Chine offer discount to Island children!

Robin Hill and Blackgang Chine offer discount to Island children!

Two of the Isle of Wight’s largest tourist attractions are offering Isle of Wight school children and Youth Offers an exclusive opportunity to visit the parks this October.

The sound of laughter and children enjoying themselves at both Robin Hill and Blackgang Chine has been a welcome familiarity for the parks this summer. With many of the park teams growing up on the Island, they’re passionate about enriching the lives of Isle of Wight children. Which is why both parks are offering an exclusive discount to local schools and Youth Offers in the hope that as many Island children get the opportunity for adventure and creativity.

For schools, this discount is offered at 50% of their usual reduced entry price, while youth offer groups will be able to take advantage of a whopping 75% reduction.

Isle of Wight schools taking advantage of this discount can visit Blackgang Chine between October 6th – 10th & 13th – 15th and Robin Hill between October 13th – 15th.

Island-based Youth Groups and youth charities are invited to visit Blackgang Chine on 9th & 10th October or Robin Hill on 10th October.

Park entry is just £5 per child with these exclusive discounts; with a free chaperone accompanying every 10 children!

“We’re excited to be able to offer this discount to not only Island schools, but also Isle of Wight Youth Offers and youth charities, too. We know that the last 18 months have been difficult for everyone, and we want to make sure that all our local children get the opportunity to enjoy the parks.” – Natalie Lock, Robin Hill Deputy Park Manager.

There are plenty of opportunities to learn while having fun! A visit to Blackgang Chine is visit to the Land of Imagination, children can explore the different areas of the park and unlock the storyteller within. From swashbuckling adventures to cowboy shoot-outs, there’s always an adventure to be had!

Robin Hill has recently added a new member to the team, Chief, the White-Tailed Sea Eagle, who is currently being trained by their Head Falconer, Charlie Rolle. Children will get the chance to meet one of the UK’s rarest birds and learn about the conservation efforts to return them back to the UK’s southern coast! Not to mention the abundance of wildlife in the many woodland walkways.

All of that on top of a fun-filled day of rides, attractions and engaging walk-through experiences.
