The Darwin is a newly launched fine-dining option, provided by the team at the already popular Waterfront Inn, in Shanklin. Located on the seafront with stunning coastal views, The Darwin offers a paired menu of delicious dishes and fine wine.
The Waterfront Inn is a well established local pub/restaurant, with a great selection of traditional pub food and a happy atmosphere for all of their visitors. In February 2024 the team have launched this new dining option as part of their brand. As a contrast to The Waterfront Inn’s friendly and casual atmosphere, The Darwin offers a more intimate setting with delicately prepared dishes made with locally sourced produce.
Each menu item has been paired with wines carefully and intentionally selected by the team, to compliment the plate and cleanse the pallet before tucking into the next course. They also have a vast cocktail/mock-tail menu that’s sure to tempt you.
