HB Holiday Lettings is an independent, Island-based holiday letting agency offering a hand-picked selection of quality coastal homes across Bembridge, St Helens and Seaview. They provide a truly personal, bespoke service for both holidaymakers and property owners — including organised discounted ferry tickets for their guests.
Based in the heart of Bembridge High Street and living nearby, we’re available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They do this because they love it — the houses, the Island, and the people.
Founded over 14 years ago by Annabel Harrison, after working with several Island agents, HB Holiday Lettings was born from a desire to treat every home and owner individually and to give guests the highest level of service. Today, they proudly offer around 20 carefully chosen properties, backed by 60+ glowing Google reviews and a loyal base of returning guests.
They’re also proud members of the Professional Association of Self Caterers (PASC) and the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce, reflecting their professionalism and local expertise.

Their Services
They are a small independent company based in Bembridge and customer service is their priority. They are confident that their houses are that much more special and have a small portfolio of quality houses for you to enjoy your holiday.
You can enquire or book your holiday through their website but they are always very happy to speak to you on the telephone. You may want to ask them about a particular property or the area to make sure you have chosen the house that most suits your requirements.
Dogs
A holiday is not complete without the whole family and most of our cottages and houses allow you to bring your dog. The owners just ask you to respect their gardens by clearing up after your dog and also by not leaving the dog unattended in the house and respecting any house rules.
Towels and linen
All of their cottages provide pillows, duvets, bed linen, towels, bath mats, T-towels and oven gloves. However beach towels are not provided and if you are bringing a dog, please bring a towel for them. They ask owners to provide protective mattress and pillow covers but these are not guaranteed to be waterproof.
Utilities
All utilities are provided. If your cottage or house has an open fire or wood burner you can purchase coal/logs from the local shops.
Getting to the Island
As part of your booking, they are able to organise discounted ferry tickets with Wightlink and Red Funnel and they will send you further information with your booking.
Extras
Cots and high chairs are either provided in the house and therefore listed or please ask on booking and they will be arranged for you at no extra cost. If there is anything else you require, please don’t hesitate to ask.
