Embankment Beach as it is also known at Bembridge sits at the entrance to Bembridge harbour, looking out to sea and across to Priory Bay, St Helen’s Duver and the pretty houseboats that sit on the opposite bank of the harbour. This is a very quiet beach, but there is ample parking and a small cafe close by.  The beach is noted for its lovely golden sand and fabulous views.  There is always something happening in the harbour or on the Solent. From this point, you can either walk past the houseboats heading north or along the coastline towards Bembridge Lifeboat Station.
