Bembridge Beach, Isle of Wight Bembridge hosts several quiet beaches of pebble, rock and sand. The main beach in Bembridge runs down the coast from the spit at the edge of Bembridge harbour and is mainly comprised of pebbles, shells and stone with a large sandbank that extends into the Solent at low tide. This is a great beach for crabbing and cockling and children will enjoy exploring the many rock pools and natural surroundings. The beach has fantastic views over the Solent and out to Portsmouth and St Helens Fort. Popular with fisherman and water sports enthusiast  this beach has a little something for everyone.

Notices explain beach safety can be found at Bembridge Beach. It is important to read these as the will also tell you the safe swimming zones. There is a car park located behind the beach in the sand dunes. The busy harbour is a great place to watch the world go by and a small café can be found near the harbours edge along with a popular local pub serving food. Be warned the tide comes in very high.
