The Smoke House at Robin Hill Adventure Park Launches Bold New Menus and Sunday Roasts
The Smoke House at Robin Hill Adventure Park on the Isle of Wight, led by Owner and Head Chef Alex Kimber, has unveiled an exciting new menu featuring a host of smoke house favourites, alongside the introduction of its much-anticipated Sunday Roast menu.

The new menus showcase the Smoke House’s signature passion for bold flavours and farm-to-fork dining, with standout dishes including the Big Red Brisket which has been smoked for 12 hours, Smoked Spiced Sausage, Whole House Seasoned Chicken, Brined and Smoked Pork Belly, BBQ Pork Ribs and Cajun Pulled Jack Fruit. For those looking to sample it all, diners can opt for a tasting tray of eight dishes, or pre-order impressive table shares such as a whole brisket or forehammer of beef.
A dedicated burger menu adds further variety, with five creative options ranging from turkey and pork belly to a vibrant spinach falafel, alongside the classic beef favourite.
Speaking about the launch, Chef Alex Kimber said: “I am truly excited to launch this new menu at the Smoke House. We are planning some great events here over the winter and, of course, food will be at the forefront of everything. The Smoke House embraces my focus and drive for farm-to-fork, and with our spectacular location and views, it’s the perfect place for lunch or dinner.”

The Smoke House Sunday Roast Menu is also set to be a highlight. Diners can choose from four portion sizes, starting at £12 for children through to ‘The Big Boy’ at £26, offering three different meats with all the trimmings. Choices include slow-smoked beef brisket, herb-smoked pork belly, house-seasoned chicken, or a vegetarian roasted red pepper and basil tart, served with Yorkshire puddings, stuffing, and seasonal vegetables.
Chef Alex added: “The Smoke House concept is about having fun! Come for a relaxed time with family and friends and, of course, amazing food.”
Lee Priddle, Co-Owner and CEO of Robin Hill, commented: “It’s fantastic to see this new, family-friendly menu come to life. Alex and I have been talking about some exciting food events for the Smoke House over the autumn and winter, so watch this space.”
The new menus launch on Wednesday, 17 September 2025.
