One of the things that are great to do on the Isle of Wight is to stay in a holiday caravan on the Isle of Wight. It is the best way to enjoy a relaxed holiday, not governed by set meal times and giving you the freedom to do what you want when you please.
Kids love the experience, as it gives them a freedom to enjoy the facilities and socialise with other children.
Our sites vary greatly, from family holiday parks offering a fantastic range of organised events and facilities to small sites, located in the beautiful countryside on a coastal farm.

Cheverton Copse is ideal for families as cars are not permitted on the park so children can play safely. We have a separate car park and trolleys are available for the movement of luggage from your car to your caravan. There are three children’s play areas with play equipment installed over rubber and woodchip safety surfaces, where children can play with their many new friends. We are located in a peaceful countryside setting with access to the Islands extensive cycle and walking routes directly from the park entrance.
The park is the perfect base for that relaxing family holiday or grown-up escape and is incredibly child-friendly with designated car-free zones and lots of open space to explore and play in safety.
The lush surroundings and close proximity to the best beaches and country walks, in addition to our outdoor heated pool, children’s play area, spacious playing fields and games room, make this park perfect for anyone looking for an exciting and enjoyable break.
Lower Sutton Farm, also known as “The Dinosaur Farm” is situated on the South side of the Isle of Wight on the main coast road, about three miles South-East of the village of Brighstone between Isle of Wight Pearl and Chale
We are a small friendly, family farm, with sheep, horses, ducks, and of course, dinosaurs have been found here!
We have 5, six berth caravans situated near to the farm bungalow, with rural views. They have three bedrooms and are modern, well-furnished units with all modern conveniences.
Each caravan has easy access to the beach with views of the sea and the chine, There are 12 Static Caravans on a plateau which, in days gone by, once housed the Brighstone Life Boat Station. A fence between the caravans and the cliff edge is provided for parents’ peace of mind.
The Caravans are 6 and 8 berth and each one opens out on to its own decked veranda mounted by steps or a slope.
Three of the static caravans accept dogs although there is a limit of two dogs per caravan.
On top of the cliffs in Bembridge overlooking Whitecliff bay with its secluded beach, this great family holiday park offers top of the range self-catering accommodation from glamping in the picturesque canvas village to static caravan holiday homes and lodges. The park is bustling with great on-site facilities and activities to keep you occupied throughout your stay on the Isle of Wight
Lodges or Caravans
Lodges and caravans are hugely popular with couples and families and you may have a personal preference. Availability (especially in school holidays and high season) for both ranges can book up fast.
The Orchards Holiday Park on the Isle of Wight is a multi-award-winning, family-owned, holiday park with high-quality facilities and friendly helpful staff. The park is situated in Newbridge, on the West of the Isle of Wight. It’s in a small rural village. It is on the edge of an AONB so there are stunning countryside views from all over the park.
We have 64-holiday caravans with trees and shrubs around and pathways in between. The 4 and 6 berth caravans are of a very high standard, fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, fridge, microwave, shower and toilet, DVD player and TV. Our idyllic family holiday park is situated on 14 acres of lush secluded grounds, surrounded by beautiful open countryside. We are located in the valley of the Stenbury and St Martin’s Downs, which is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, an ideal spot for bird watching and horse riding. For walkers and cyclists, there are also an excellent network of footpaths and cycle paths, which can we accessed within minutes.
The park was originally part of the grounds of the nearby historic Appuldurcombe house. The old walled orchard was designed by ‘Capability Brown’ and now contains our 40 static caravans and the Orchard Lodge in well-tendered grounds and a traffic-free area. You may choose from either 4 or 6 berth caravans, varying from luxurious to modest types to cater for everyone’s requirements
Fort Holiday Park is a lovely family caravan park in Sandown close enough to the beach, Zoo and town to travel by foot but just far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet and stunning countryside views.
We have a variety of caravans to suit most people who require an inexpensive holiday in a great location. From our older budget range known as ‘Harlequin’ through to our larger and newer ‘Excalibur’ range

Meadowview is a well-established site with many clients returning year after year. It is still family run and every effort is made to help you enjoy your stay, with the owners offering a personal but not obtrusive service.
The site has ample parking close to the caravans and a spacious grassed area in front. There is a small outdoor playground set to one side, suitable for young children. The site also has a traditional table tennis room for family use. Facilities also include a good sized utility room with large sink, washing machine and iron/ironing board.
There are seven caravans at Meadowview. Five of the caravans have three bedrooms and two caravans have two bedrooms. All the caravans have panoramic views.
For something a bit different, Silver Glades Caravan Park offers a unique holiday experience where guests can relax in acres of space and natural surroundings, yet still be within easy reach of the Island’s attractions. The Park is a charming and environmentally-friendly 4 star site, which offers relaxing, value for money holidays in clean and comfortable caravans that sleep up to six people.
Since the 1960s, Silver Glades has evolved to provide modern accommodation, whilst keeping the original, non-commercial concept of ‘the quiet little caravan park in the countryside’. The Park is located in tranquil woodland gardens in picturesque West Wight and is ideal for young families and couples of all ages, having just ten caravans in 3.5 acres of gardens and red squirrel woodland. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy, without disturbing others: Adult guests can relax and unwind while the children occupy themselves playing in the games/activities areas.
