A coastal destination for the discerning traveller for more than 180 years.
Sitting close to the heart of the beautiful Victoria town of Ventnor and within a 3-minute walk of Ventnor Beach, The Royal offers that special touch for discerning guests and those special occasions, such as anniversaries, weddings and birthdays.
The Royal Hotel has been so-called ever since Queen Victoria enjoyed taking afternoon tea at the hotel, whilst visiting her friend Sir John Hambrough, at nearby Steephill Castle.
