Hidden on the south coast of the Island, in an idyllic location, renowned for its mild climate. 3 lovingly converted barns sleeping 2-8 people, 2 self-catering bungalows each sleeping 6, one lovingly converted cottage sleeping 6 and 2 Yurts each sleeping 4.

A Perfect Holiday Location

The farm is set in the heart of the Undercliff in St Lawrence, an area of outstanding natural beauty. During your stay please wander freely around the farm and meet some of the ‘Locals’! Angel, one of our Sicilian miniature donkeys, and our 6 Jacob sheep & their lambs In St Lawrence itself The Cricket Club offers a relaxing spot for light lunches and evening meals. Steephill Cove has a small café –good for family snacks and light lunches. The Boat House, a small restaurant on Steephill Cove has excellent locally caught seafood – however, bookings are essential as it is always popular. In the Botanical Gardens, there is also a café which serves good lunches and teas. We are also lucky to have a number of friendly, local village pubs and restaurants within a 5-mile radius- open for lunches and evening meals

Beachcombers Sleeps 8 Beachcombers cottage can be found hidden in a truly spectacular location with stunning coastal views. This well-equipped cottage sits in an attractive open courtyard of ancient barns and is the largest of the farm’s cottages. The original large barn doorway is now glazed and leads into a light open plan dining room with stairs leading to a galleried landing. The landing leads off to a spacious and relaxing open plan sitting room. Beachcombers have been lovingly converted to preserve much of its original character. The cottage has stunning coastal views from both the sitting room and the two twin room Lobster Pot Cottage Sleeps 4+1 Lobster Pot is a beautiful stone cottage in a wonderful location on the south coast of the Island, minutes from the sea. The cottage is one of three sitting in an attractive open courtyard. Lobster Pot has been sympathetically converted, preserving many original features including the exposed beams, and is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Fishermans Cottages Sleeps 2 + baby in one Bedroom The Fisherman’s cottage stands in an open courtyard with stunning sea views. It was once an old fisherman’s smokery but has now been renovated to provide a compact comfortable self-catering cottage ideal for 2 people. The open plan ground floor extends into a small conservatory with wonderful sea views. Stairs lead up to a pretty double bedroom again with sea views. A peaceful retreat, perfect for couples. Ideal as a base for walking or cycling holidays or just to rest and relax. Swallows & Swifts each sleep 6 Swifts and Swallows have wonderful sea views across the fields. The nearest cove is just a 5 – 10 minute walk through the farm. Both bungalows have been furnished with great care and provide attractive and comfortable accommodation which is all on one level. We have two Yurts – Moonlight & Stardust Each sleeping 4 comfortably. Equipped with; – 1 double futon, 2 single futons, a wood burner, comfortable cushions and colourful rugs. Bedding and linen are provided as well as all manner of cooking and culinary implements. ‘New for 2017, we have a wonderful new play Yurt for youngsters to use, equipped with all sorts of indoor & outdoor games & toys which will keep children staying happy & occupied for hours’ Relax & Unwind! Located in a perfect spot to relax and unwind. To the front of each yurt, there are fantastic panoramic views over the farm to the nearby coastal footpath –a short 3-4 minute stroll away. Whilst to the back of the yurts, there is a wooded dell where red squirrels can sometimes be seen. For more details about Red Squirrels on the Island please go to The Island is one of the few places in England where red squirrels can still be found. Inside the yurts, look up through the roof to star gaze – (negligible light pollution and no sounds from traffic or cars make it easy to unwind here). Moonlight and Stardust each have their own cooking area with a gas cooker. There is also a barbeque area and each yurt has outside table & chairs. Set in a 2-acre paddock with easy access to the coastal footpath and secluded coves. Just follow the fishing buoys! Welcome to New Bank End Farm Camping & Caravanning In a wonderfully secluded location, away from our holiday cottages, we are really pleased to now be able to offer holidays for Campers and Caravaners in an idyllic peaceful location with amazing sea views. Set up for 2014 as a result of many requests, we have joined the Camping & Caravanning club to become a certified site. Being a small family friendly site we can accommodate 5 caravans & up to 10 tents so booking is advisable. There is a chemical disposal point and bins on site. Children are welcome as are well-behaved dogs, but we ask that they are kept on leads ( the dogs not the children!). The pitches are well spaced and have amazing sea views. The site is secluded and in a lovely coastal location with sea views and easy access to coastal walks & small coves. The location is 1 ½ miles from Ventnor and a short 10-minute walk to the Ventnor Botanical Gardens & Steephill Cove, providing plenty of wonderful walks & places to explore. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
