Close by there is access to miles of country walks, which “crisscross” the West Wight. This pleasant 18th-century cottage is only 3 minutes drive from Yarmouth and about a 10-minute drive from the Islands County town of Newport. Brookside Cottage has plenty of off-road parking and a large lawned garden area.

Self Catering Annex can either be used for B&B or self-catering and stands on its own at the side of the main house with its own stable door entrance.
The self-catering is £75 for 2 and £105 for 3. Breakfast is an extra £5 per person per night and £55 single occupancy self-catering.
The twin room en-suite is £80 for 2 and £110 for 3. This room has a double and a single bed in it so can take 3 and £60 per night single occupancy.
The 2 other double rooms are also en-suite but only have one double bed in each room. They are £75 per night for 2 and £55 single occupancy.

Newton Creek Nature Reserve and the north coast of the Island, are only 5 minutes away, as are several good pubs which offer a choice of value for money family food, or seafood specialities.
