1 Bagwich Barn sits in the grounds of the main house nestled in beautiful rolling countryside on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Godshill. Recently converted, the barn offers delightful, high quality accommodation in a beautiful setting for up to 4 people. Guests have use of the shared grounds, away from the owners own garden, with an area of woodland and pond. Parking for 1 car. Pets allowed.




10 Sandlands - Ryde.

This delightful contemporary second floor apartment, with views over the Solent, is ideally situated near the stunning beach at Appley and a short walk from all the amenities that Ryde has to offer. The property is well equipped and furnished to a high standard with 2 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a light living/ dining room. Sandlands is also within walking distance of the high speed passenger boats and has allocated parking for 1 car.



The Barn - Merstone.
The Barn is an attractive 3 bedroom property attached to the owner`s main residence, on the outskirts of Merstone. Situated in a lovely location in the heart of open countryside, the property is 1.5 miles from Godshill, 4 miles from Newport, with the seaside town of Shanklin just over 5 miles away. This recently refurbished and well presented property provides an ideal and restful location to walk, cycle and explore the surrounding countryside. There are also fishing lakes nearby.




14 Port St Helens - St Helens.
In a small harbour side development, this 3 storey property has been completely refurbished internally to provide a light, contemporary styled and immaculately presented holiday home. Situated in a stunning location on the edge of Bembridge Harbour, with outstanding views over the water, this makes an ideal year round retreat. It also benefits a large decked balcony, the perfect place for outdoor dining and watching the boats go by, as well as private parking.

Most are available throughout the year and offer short breaks, from 2 to 5 nights, at certain times of year.

We have a range of holiday accommodation sleeping from 2 to 14 people, and are situated in select locations across the Island, from un-spoilt coastal villages to tranquil rural spots.
