£10.00 drop in clinics – 15 mins for ‘acute’ complaints

Appointments by arrangement also in Freshwater (Thursday), or Lake and Newport Natural Therapy Centres

*Allow 1 hour for each appointment and please bring details of any medication/supplements taken.

*I ask about lifestyle, medical history, temperament and specific problems you would like addressed. Patients seem to enjoy the opportunity to ‘take stock’ in this way.

*Since remedies are deep-acting, follow ups usually occur monthly – which obviously makes it a highly cost effective form of health care.

*Brief consultations by phone are helpful to monitor progress or to provide 1st aid advice. Patients are however encouraged to learn the basics of self-prescribing in acute episodes.

*To produce a gentle yet speedy return to health, a range of remedies may be prescribed over time, alongside general advice on improving well-being.

*Timescales for treatment vary, so programmes are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure that patients are fully involved in and satisfied with their progress.

*Remedies may produce a slight intensification of symptoms, or a ‘flushing out’ physically or emotionally. Try to avoid taking aspirin etc because things tend to settle down within a few days.

*Store remedies out of the reach of children, in a cool, dark place (not the fridge) and away from strong odours eg ‘Deep Heat’ or essential oils etc.

*This is not a substitute for working with your Health Professional or for visiting A&E – common sense judgements should always apply.
