Parking is next to each caravan for convenience of access. All caravans have microwave, colour television and gas fire, are carpeted and have duvets, sheets, pillows, pillow cases and extra blankets. (towels, tea-towels, loo paper and matches are not provided.) FREE HOT WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY AND BEDLINEN

	VICTORIA:- (was Super A) - Luxury 35/37 x12ft.- 3 bedroom (2-6 berth) caravan Modern, fully insulated caravans with heating throughout. Most have double glazing and central heating. One double and two twin bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and handbasin. Separate W.C. with hand basin. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious sitting and dining area.
	ALBERT:- (5 NEW for 2010) (was Super B):- Luxury 28/32 x 12 ft. - 2 bedroom (2-4 berth) caravan. Modern, fully insulated caravans with heating throughout. Most have double glazing and central heating. One double and one twin bedroom. Combined shower, hand basin and W.C. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable sitting and dining area
	BEATRICE:- (was Type B):- Modern 28/30 x 10ft. - 2 bedroom (2-4 berth) caravan. Fully insulated with heating throughout. One double and one twin bedroom. Combined shower, hand basin and W.C. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable sitting and dining area

Family orientated Park – Returnable £20 per head “no problems” deposit required on arrival for single sex, large or young groups.

Licensed Clubhouse open Friday 22ndApril to 25th September. Evening meals & nightly entertainment during high season.
The Management reserve the right to alter or cancel the program.

FLEXI-STAY –DESIGN YOUR OWN HOLIDAY. We offer full flexibility in the length of your stay (min 3 nights) any time except High Summer (i.e. 30thJuly to 27th August). To calculate the cost simply divide the weekly rate by seven and multiply by the number of nights required. For stays of less than 7 nights add £20 to cover the cost of cleaning and bed linen
