All our flats have colour televisions, are comfortably furnished and carpeted and are supplied with duvets, sheets, pillows, pillow cases and extra blankets. Electric Hoovers and cleaning equipment are provided. FLAT 1:- 4 bedroom maisonette. Sleeps up to 8 people. A superb, self-contained centrally - heated and double glazed maisonette on the 1st. and 2nd. floors. Large sitting/dining room with breathtaking views over the Solent and West Cowes Harbour. Adjoining fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. One double and three twin-bedded rooms. Combined bathrooms on both floors with shower, bath, hand basin and W.C. FLAT 2:- Extensively refurbished in 2007 two bedroom. Sleeps up to 5 people. A beautiful self-contained flat on the first floor with central heating and double glazing. Spacious sitting/dining room with superb views over the Solent and Cowes Harbour. Adjoining fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. Large main bedroom with one double and one single bed. Second bedroom with full size 3ft. bunk beds. Combined bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin and W.C. Holiday Deposit of 25% of the total holiday price required with booking; balance due six weeks prior to start of holiday. Maximum of 2 dogs accepted by prior arrangement – Charge £14 per week + £10 refundable cleaning deposit Family orientated Park – Returnable £20 per head “no problems” deposit required on arrival for single sex, large or young groups. Licensed Clubhouse open Friday 22ndApril to 25th September. Evening meals & nightly entertainment during high season. The Management reserve the right to alter or cancel the program.  All our accommodation is non smoking (Shaded area is High Season. Heavily shaded areas are for Spring Bank Holiday and Cowes Week.)(*Closed Nov. – March incl.) FLEXI-STAY –DESIGN YOUR OWN HOLIDAY. We offer full flexibility in the length of your stay (min 3 nights) any time except High Summer (i.e. 30thJuly to 27th August). To calculate the cost simply divide the weekly rate by seven and multiply by the number of nights required. For stays of less than 7 nights add £20 to cover the cost of cleaning and bed linen (For Ferry Charges on Cars, Motor Homes or Minibuses etc.

Off Peak Hours:- 1700 – 0730 incl.*Supplements:- Between 1000 – 1530 inclusive, standard each way fares cost £52.50 and short break each way fares cost £38.50 on the following dates:- Southampton -22nd April; 27th & 28th May; 9th & 10th June; 29th July; 6th, 13th, 20th, 26th & 27th August & 8th & 9th September. East Cowes - 25th April; 30th May; 13th June; 6th ,13th ,20th,27th ,27th & 29th August; 12th September. Motorcycle and passenger £25.00 return. Extra adult £10.00 return; extra child £5.00 return.
