The Victorian Lodge is a large Victorian house situated in East Hill Road, which runs from the eastern end of Ryde Esplanade.

The house has been cleverly divided into self catering flatlets, which are airy, comfortable, free from petty restrictions, and maintained to a high standard.

The grounds comprise of two lawned areas with tree lined paths or you can relax with a long cool drink on the large timber decking area.

The Isle of Wight boasts some of the finest sunshine records in the country. Separated from the mainland by waters known as the Solent. Your holiday starts when you board the ferry.

Flatlet One Situated on the second floor. It is a large, cosy and secluded one room flatlet for two (double bed), with colour T.V. central heating and double glazing. The flatlet has on suite shower and toilet facilities. Lovely sea views from the private landing.

Flatlet Two Situated on the first floor. It sleeps four persons and comprises of a large and airy bedsitting room (double bed), with colour T.V. A connecting door leads to the second bedroom (3ft bunk beds). This bedroom can also be used as a self-contained room e.g. for older children or relatives. On-suite shower and toilet facilities are as standard in this flatlet. Beautiful Solent views can be enjoyed from most windows in this flatlet. Double glazing and central heating is standard in all rooms.

Flatlet Three Situated on the first floor at the front of the house. It sleeps two persons and comprises of a large comfortably furnished bedsitting room (double bed), with colour T.V. central heating and double glazing. A connecting door leads to the en-suite shower and toilet facilities.

Flatlet Four Situated on the lower ground floor. It sleeps six persons and comprises of a large bedsitting room (double bed), with colour T.V. a separate well fitted kitchen with a separate dinning area and Adjacent to the dinning area are alcoved bunk beds. A second double bedroom is situated down the hall next to the on-suite shower and toilet room. Double glazing and central heating is standard in all rooms

Flatlet Five Situated on the lower ground floor. It sleeps four persons and comprises of a large comfortable bedsitting room (double bed), with colour T.V. and French doors opening onto a large decking patio. The second bedroom (3ft bunk beds) is accessed from the lobby. On-suite shower and toilet facilities are as standard in this flatlet. Double glazing and central heating is standard in all rooms

Flatlet Six Situated on the lower ground floor. It sleeps four persons and comprises of a large comfortable bedsitting room (double bed), with bay windows, colour T.V. and French doors opening onto a large decking patio. The second bedroom (3ft bunk beds) is accessed from the lobby as is the en-suite shower and toilet facilities. Double glazing and central heating is standard in all rooms
