Tollgate Bungalows are a collection of properties situated within a small gated community just 50 metres from the beach. The setting of the bungalows is idyllic, with the estuary to the rear of the site. They are located just off the seafront in the picturesque village of Seaview.

The village centre is just a two minute walk away; here you will a handful of shops and pubs to enjoy. Seaview is aptly named as it has far reaching and ever changing views of the Solent the strait separating the Isle of Wight from mainland England. Seaview is one of the most prestigious areas in the Isle of Wight and is particularly popular with the sailing community. Families also flock to the village to enjoy the beautiful beaches such as, Seagrove Bay and Priory Bay. Well worth a day out and only a few minutes walk from Tollgate Bungalows is Seaview Wildlife Encounter, where you can meet rare animals and birds.

Tollgate Bungalows benefit from a great location, as well as being only minutes away from the village centre of Seaview, the popular town of Ryde is only three miles away. Ryde is the largest town on the island and boasts miles of golden sandy beaches and an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. If visiting towards the end of summer, be sure to catch the Carnival. The town holds the oldest Carnival in the UK, when floats from all over the island come together to create the biggest, brightest spectacle of the year.

There is so much to do in the area, that after a busy day you will be pleased to come back to Tollgate Bungalows and relax in comfort. If you don't feel like cooking the Boat House Pub and Restaurant is only metres away, serving fresh local produce.

Living Area: Open plan living/dining, features large window overlooking the front decked area.

Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with oven/grill, washing machine and fridge/freezer, a range of appliances such as a kettle or toaster.

Bedroom one with en-suite: Situated on the first floor, accessed via an open plan staircase from the living area, double bed, en-suite.

Bedroom two: Situated on the ground floor with a double bed.

Bedroom three: Situated on the ground floor with twin beds.

Bathroom: The main family bathroom is situated on the ground floor and consists of w.c, shower cubicle and wash basin.

Outside: Front and rear decked area, parking for two cars, metres from the beach.
