The cottage has two bedrooms (one double and one bunk bedroom) and a family shower room, making it ideal for 4 people. The cottage also contains an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting areas.

Outside the cottage is off road parking, a small private patio with furniture and a shared lawned area beyond the patio. Use of facilities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool (26 May - 7 Sept), tennis court, gym, sauna etc. which are available at an additional charge from Gurnard Pines reception.

Close by are the beaches at Ryde and Queen Victoria's Italianate summer home at Osborne House making The Pheasantry an excellent holiday base for all the family.

Gurnard Pines is a holiday village one mile from the yachting centre of Cowes, at the northern end of the Isle of Wight.
