All prices are for an ensuite room per person per night. Superior Rooms available at extra cost (min 2 adults or single supplement applies) for Bed & Breakfast inclusive of VAT. We have a policy of, longer you stay, cheaper it becomes per night. The table above gives an indication of our tariffs for the year, but please enquire for exact tariff for your intended stay, as special tariffs and/or minimum length of nights may apply for particular times of the year. E.g. Bank Holidays or special offers.
Rooms are available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure.

Major debit and credit cards accepted. Credit Cards do incur a 2% charge. Amex 3.5% Debit cards are free. Unfortunately we no longer accept cheques.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy: When you book a UK holiday you are entering into a legally binding agreement and you can be charged for a stay you cancel. A minimum of 1 nights stay per room per week is required as a non-returnable deposit. We strongly recommend that holiday insurance be used because in the unlikely event of you having to cancel within 2 weeks of your stay and we are unable to re-let the accommodation, you may be charged the full amount. We would also request that you confirm any cancellation in writing either by registered post or email. Please ask for a full list of terms and conditions.
