Deposit £30.00 per adult per week.
All prices are per person.
Telephone reservations will be held for up to 7 days.
No allowances can be made for meals and/or accommodation not taken during the period booked.
Your bill is payable on arrival
All rooms are offered subject to their availability upon receipt of your deposit & booking form.

Short break holiday tariff 2008
The ideal way to take a break from everyday stresses and strains of modern day life. Why not take a break on the beautiful Isle of Wight and let us make all the travel arrangements for you.

A two night break from only £77 per person includes your car ferry.

All prices are based on a minimum of two adults travelling together.

Prices include: Bed, Breakfast, en-suite room and return ferry fares from the port of your choice. (Southampton, Portsmouth, Lymington)

A ferry travel supplement is payable on certain Saturdays & Bank Holidays.

An optional evening meal is available for £13.50 per person, per night.

Cancellation Policy
Please note, that when you book a holiday you are entering into a contract, in fact you are legally obliged to pay a percentage of your holiday costs in the unhappy event that you are forced to cancel your holiday.

We therefore strongly recommend that you arrange holiday cancellation insurance.

In the event that you do have to cancel your holiday then, the following scale of charges will apply.

The date of cancellation will be taken, as the date written confirmation of cancellation is received by The St. Leonards.

All of the charges are based on the total cost of your holiday, less any pre-payments received. Should we be able to re let all or part of the accommodation then the charges will be further reduced. Please note that you will be invoiced for the costs of your holiday at the expiry of the holiday period.
