Sweet Brook forms part of a wing of a superb 17th Century farmhouse built of Island Stone and surrounded by 5 acres of lovely garden and fields. It is situated in attractive West Wight countryside and is within a 5 minute drive of the south coast of the island and the beach at Brook. There are several quiet and charming bays on this side of the Island. Sweet Brook is in ‘An area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and footpaths can be followed to the nearby Brighstone Downs to join the famous Tennyson trail which extends from Carisbrooke, in the centre of the Isle of Wight, to the Needles on the western tip.

This charming cottage is nestled in the beautiful East Isle of Wight countryside, adjoining National Trust woodland, renowned for its carpets of bluebells and abundance of red squirrels. The cottage commands wonderful views towards the sea and Culver Cliffs as well as of the Ventnor Down. Visitors have the freedom to enjoy over three acres of garden and private woodland. The sandy beach of Sandown is within a seven-minute drive.

This is a picturesque thatched cottage in the peaceful village of Newbridge, at the heart of rural West Wight. It is situated in a country lane leading to a farm track and there is little passing traffic. Local footpaths lead to Shalfleet Creek and to the Tennyson Trail, from which there are spectacular views across the Solent and the South Coast.

Rosemary Cottage is situated on a delightful farm in one of the loveliest parts of the Isle of Wight lying at the foot of Appuldurcombe Down and above the picturesque village of Godshill in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A pleasant ten-minute stroll through the beech copse and across the fields leads to the centre of Godshill. This village is renowned for its church and pretty thatched cottage.

This charming two bedroom cottage has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bath/shower rooms and a lovely fitted kitchen. The cottage is on a small development beside the River Medina. The river is within a two minute walk of the cottage. Here there is a marina with a variety of sailing boats and motor launches plus a bistro style restaurant with a bar. There are lovely walks along the river towards the market town of Newport or northwards towards Cowes. The Hideaway is in a good central location for visiting most parts of the island. The sandy beaches of Ryde and Appley are within a 15 minute drive. Osborne House, the island home of Queen Victoria is only a 5 minute drive away.

This lovely stone cottage occupies an attractive position in a quiet country lane, on the outskirts of Godshill. It has been converted from the original milking parlour of Lower Yard Farm and the building is thought to date back to the 1700 ‘s. A small riding stables is within a few minutes walk and most of the surrounding fields are home to horses. The centre of the picturesque village of Godshill, with its pretty thatched cottages, restaurants and tea shops is only 3/4 mile away.

Lovely thatched cottage close to village centre in attractive rural area within 5 minutes drive of the coast where there are small attractive coves and the seaside resort of Ventnor. In wonderful walking and cycling area. Attractive fenced garden. Public house within 5 minutes walk. Please be aware that in 2013 a cottage is being built adjacent to The Barn Whitwell. The walls are already in place. We are unsure when it will be completed and in view of this we are offering visitors a discount of £50 per week from prices shown as a good will gesture for any inconvenience caused.

This lovely stone cottage nestles in beautiful countryside on an attractive farm on the East side of the Island. There are wonderful open views from the cottage and garden across fields towards the downs. The Old Brew House is at the end of a country lane with no passing traffic. This is a wonderful walking area with footpaths leading along the course of the River Yar and to the nearby picturesque village of Godshill. There is direct access across the fields to the cycle track which links Sandown to Newport and Cowes. The sandy beaches of Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor are only a 15 minute drive away.

This lovely 17th century cottage is built of Island chalk and brick and enjoys beautiful views across nearby lakes and open countryside to Ventnor Downs. It is situated on an attractive farm at Merstone. The picturesque village of Godshill is nearby and the sandy beaches of Sandown and Shanklin are within a 15 minute drive. This is a wonderful walking area. Footpaths can be followed from close to the cottage along the course of the river Yar towards Bembridge and Niton and into the village of Godshill.
