We are now completely non smoking and also no children under 12 years, sorry!

For your quiet and comfort we no longer accept children under the age of 12 years.

Our 7 en-suite bedrooms are clean and comfortably furnished, with TV’s, tea and coffee making facilities, shaver points, alarm clock/radio, continental quilts (or blankets if preferred), hair dryers and controllable heating. Bathrooms all have electric power showers.

Our dining room has been refurbished in 2007 (picture to follow) and each room has its own table. We offer a superb cooked breakfast or just anything you light that you may prefer, just ask!! We also offer the choice to book an evening meal if required.

Ironing and shoe cleaning facilities are available on request.

We have two downstairs bedrooms suitable for mobility impaired; triple bedded rooms, a family suite, as well as separate rooms for the older children. Please ask at time of booking.

If the weather is not too good we have a cosy sun lounge, as well as a TV lounge to relax in, serving tea & coffee and home made cakes.

We have a varied menu of good home cooked food, both for breakfast and optional evening meals, all served at your own table. Afternoon teas and some bar snacks are available at most times of the day.

Some special diets can be catered for only if arranged at time of booking.

We can book your return car ferry crossing with Red Funnel Ferries via Southampton at reduced rates.

Finally, if you are coming over without your car we can arrange for pick up from Shanklin Rail Station for your convenience, just ask.
