The Sandown Manor occupies an elevated position looking out across Sandown Bay in an area designated for its outstanding natural beauty. There are far reaching views towards Sandown, Shanklin and St. Boniface Down and from the hotel’s unique position , you will be able to see approximately ¼ of the Island from the large bar and bright dining room.

Standing in lawned gardens with a heated swimming pool which is surrounded by a sun terrace, The Sandown Manor is ideally placed for easy access to the sandy beach at Yaverland, which is literally 5 minutes walk away and offers safe bathing. For guests wishing to explore the Downs, there is access just opposite our main entrance leading to the cliff tops. From there you can take a gentle stroll to the top of Culver Down, or walk towards Sandown via the esplanade.

All of our rooms offer en-suite facilities, colour TV’s and hospitality trays and the majority afford the stunning views that make our establishment so special. In the evening, you can enjoy a drink from our well stocked bar and take it out on to the terrace and watch the sun go down. You’ll think our view is breathtaking in the day, but when the sun sets it is truly spectacular.
