   Delightful Ventnor property in a prime location on Belgrave Road enjoying stunning south facing elevated beach and sea views. The house comprises of 3 architect designed self catering holiday apartments fitted out to a high standard. The apartments are conveniently located for all town centre amenities and the beach. Royal Marine House is built on the site of The Royal Marine Hotel, one of the Isle of Wight's premier hotels in Victorian times which was so popular that it was often full throughout the year. Today Royal Marine House offers a year round destination, benefiting from Ventnor's unique sunny micro climate. It is an ideal base, both for families or couples, to explore the island or a vantage point to chill out and watch the ever changing seascape whatever the time of year. We have run a comment card feedback system since we have started, 99.3% of the people that have completed these say they would consider staying in the apartments again. Ground Floor Apartment  (short breaks available on request) The south facing apartment comprises of the following: Parking space at the rear of the property. Own entrance from the front via the sunny south facing terrace complete with patio furniture. Entrance hall leading to all other accommodation. Open plan Lounge Dining Kitchen. Double bedroom facing the sea. Twin bedroom. All linen including bedding is provided except beach towels. Full gas central heating. Sound insulation between units to meet the stringent requirements of the latest regulations. Double glazed. Generous shower enclosure with power shower. Please note that we have a no smoking and no pets policy. Also: The studio apartment does not have a dedicated on site parking space, but free or paid parking is located within 100-200m. The studio apartment is not available for bookings starting or ending on a Saturday between mid July and the end of August. |
