About the park: Set in 23 acres of beautiful parkland, this immaculately landscaped park enjoys a secluded yet central location at the heart of the Isle of Wight. Just a short drive from medieval Carisbrooke Castle and the idyllic village of Godshill, this is a perfect base for exploring the many delights this magical island has to offer. With two well-stocked fishing lakes, the park hosts an array of excellent facilities including outdoor and indoor pools, a relaxed bar and restaurant, and a stunning lakeside terrace and family entertainment venue. Accommodation: Rookley Cottages Rookley Country Park provides a choice of two or three bedroom cottages. All cottages are double glazed and centrally heated throughout and are perfect for holidays and short breaks all year round. Our cottages are furnished with wonderful solid oak furniture throughout and are incredibly well equipped. At Rookley Country Park bed linen and duvets are provided with beds made up for your arrival. Cots and highchairs are available for you to use free of charge (Subject to availability, please request at time of booking) and the use of gas and electricity is also included within the price of your holiday or short break. Rookley Caravans At Rookley Country Park we provide a range of spacious caravan accommodation, comfortably sleeping between four and eight guests and perfect for that family escape. New for 2013 are our Solent caravans which are superbly equipped and include large flat-screen TV’s with Freeview and DVD players.
