Peacefully located and standing detached within its own extensive gardens, this elegant Grade II listed Regency style house dates back to around 1830, and offers extremely light and spacious holiday accommodation after being sympathetically restored. It was built and designed by a captain in the Royal Navy, whose last campaign before retiring to the Isle of Wight was the victorious battle of Navarino, hence the name. This attractive holiday home has some wonderful architectural features, its Regency style is accentuated by a large first floor balcony which runs the width of the property and overlooks the lovely garden, a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea or simply relax and watch the glorious sunset whilst enjoying an aperitif! With families in mind, there is a large games room, crammed with books, toys, games and TV, plus a separate music room with piano.
