The Museum stand within a fifteen acre setting, originally a WW11 Military Barracks.

The Museum houses a good collection of WW11 and post War Tanks, many of which are running, and take part in our moving displays

Our Armoured car also take part in our displays, you can have rides in the Saracen around the Tank course, at a reasonable price.

We have guided tours, which are very informative, and you leave knowing much more about Tanks, Armoured car, and Guns, than you thought possible.


We have a very productive workshop, where there is a ideal opportunity to view restoration in progress, this year we are currently restoring a troop of WW11 Comet Tanks.

Our well stocked gift shop caters for all ages, we have Military models, Tamiya, Italeri, and Airfix, lots of Military toys, lots of toys for little girl’s too, and many souvenirs and postcards.

We now have a refreshment area within the Museum where you can enjoy a hot & cold drink or snack,

We are open 10am to 5pm Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays
from 18th March 2009.

Displays are held through out the Summer where guided tours & armoured car rides are available.
