The Summerhill Restaurant offers a standard of comfort and cuisine unequalled on the Island, along with an extensive wine list to compliment your meal. All our dishes are freshly prepared to order by our Head Chef, Mr Graham Smith. We promote a relaxed style of service and respectfully request that you enjoy a drink or aperitif in the Festival Bar whilst your orders are taken by our Restaurant Manager, Mr Martin Harris.

Our Seasonal Menu features a wide selection of dishes which incorporate both seasonal and local produce

The Summerhill Restaurant is open from 6.30pm and last orders are at 8.30pm.

For a small charge both Breakfast and Dinner can be served in the comfort of your
room.
