With beautiful views sweeping down to the Medina River, the accommodation at Medham Farm Cottage comprises of a sitting room complete with TV and freeview box,

CD player and radio, comfortable sofa and armchair and a reading chair and footstool. The dining area has a table and four chairs.

This leads to a well equipped fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker and washer dryer.

The bedroom has a five foot bed, wardrobe (will accomodate ballgowns or boots!!), dressing table and pine chest of drawers.

Externally the sheltered patio overlooks the gardens and lake.

There is ample car parking space adjacent to the cottage and secure area for cycles.

Linen is provided.
