The 3 studio apartments are all situated on the lower ground floor, and open onto a patio with direct access to the gardens and pool.

Studio A - A very large ground floor apartment opening onto a patio at the side of the house. It comprises a lounge with kitchen area & dining area.

2 bedroom areas, one with a double bed & the other with bunk beds, are separated by curtains.

Separate bathroom with a bath and shower over.
Sleeps 4. Space for a cot.


Studio B - South-facing. French doors open onto a covered terrace which directly overlooks the gardens & pool. Integral lounge with kitchen area, dining area & sleeping area. Double bed & bunks. Shower cubicle with separate WC. Our smallest but best placed apartment.

Studio C - A large ground floor apartment. French doors open onto a covered terrace which directly overlooks the gardens & pool. Large lounge with integral kitchen & sunny dining area. Sleeping area with double bed & bunks. Bathroom with shower. Large walk-in wardrobe.
Sleeps 4. Space for a cot.


The Old Stable

Chalet set in the gardens, with its own raised & fenced terrace looking out onto the lawns. Lovely large room with double bed & bunks. Pretty kitchen area. Dining area. Bathroom with WC & bath.

The Garret

We have recently redesigned the interior of the Garret, which is reopenning in April 2006.

The apartment covers the whole of the first floor. From the kitchen there is an elevated view along the side of the house to the gardens & pool. The lounge /dining area is bright & airy.

Master bedroom with double bed & bunk beds & space for a cot, with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed & space for a cot, with an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have WC, & bath with shower over.

Flat 1- First floor apartment with aspects to front & back of house. Comfortable lounge with dining area. Kitchen.

2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with WC, bath & shower over. One bedroom with double bed & bunks; 2nd bedroom with double bed & space for a cot.

Flat 2 - First floor apartment with aspects to font and back of house. Kitchen/diner overlooking the rear garden. Large comfortable bed-sitting room with a pretty bay window. Double bed & bunk beds. Shower room.

Flat 3 - Spacious ground floor apartment on the front of the house. Lounge-diner including a full-sized bed-settee, & dining area at the window. Large bedroom with king sized double bed & twin single beds which can be set up as bunks. Large elegant bathroom with bath & shower over. Small fitted kitchen. Space for a cot.
