Conditions of Booking It is a condition of this booking that the reservation is for the soul use of the persons named on the Booking Form. The person making the booking agrees that he or she will inform the Management 3 days proir to occupation should any person or persons other than those shown on the booking form intend to use the accommodation. If in the opionion of the sight operators any party’s act of contduct is prejudicial to the well being of other visitors or non compliance with condition of booking, the management may retake the accommodation without compensation to the tenents when any loss or inconvienence becomes the responsibitlty of the person making the booking. I/We the tenents undertake to relieve the magaement for all liabilty acciendent to myself/ ourselves, or for any loss of my/our property, including to any motor vichicle or contents, parked or using the site, and agree to keep the premises and furniture, utensils, etc, in clean and tidy condition, and so leave the same at the end of the tenancy, and make payment for any damage to building or contents. Payment of balance due on booking must be made 28 days prior to commencement of holiday, and in defult thereof, the reservation will be deemed cancelled, the booking Fee forteited and the full amount of the balance due must be paid by the person making the reservation unless the accommodation is let. Cancellations must be made in writing which we will acknowledge within 7 days of the reciept of same. Deposits on all cancellations are non re-refundable. If you have to cancel you should do so as soon as you know you cannot take up the booking. If the accommodation is no re-let, the whole balance is payable byt the person who made the reservation. Should any member of the party not be able to take up the booking a subsitute can be agreed to, but the whole of the charge is payable even if the number in the part is reduced. NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED AT LONGBEACH. All children are counted as members of the party and are chargeable. A deposit of £50.00 for one week, £100.00 for 2 weeks must be sent with the official Booking Form. No booking is deemed effective until our official reservation form has been despatched. Balance is payable 28 days prior to arrival. Accommodation : where seperate or additional sleeping accommodation is required apart from the 2 bedrooms, there is available folding bed for the lounge. Where the extra accommodation is required notification must be given to that effect at the time of booking on the Booking Form. Cots for baby’s will be available if required at no extra charge. Towels are available if ordered at the time of booking (See order from opposite) Payments maybe made by cash or cheque made mayable to LONGBEACH or SUNSET.
