Each cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with solid wood floors downstairs and carpet upsatirs. The main bedroom upstairs is a king-size bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs is a double / twin bedroom with luxury bathroom next door with a shower, basin and toilet.

All three cottages are south facing with a large open plan living room / kitchen area with large french doors leading from the living room out to a garden area with decking and views out on to the meadows and fields of Little Pidford Farm.All linen and towels are provided and there is no charge for dogs.





PARTRIDGE COTTAGE - Partridge Cottage is a beautifully converted Dairy, partly attached to the main house. It has 2 bedrooms, one King Size and one twin / double, with a bathroom with bath and shower attachment. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer etcƒand a lounge / dining area.

There is access to a private courtyard with garden furniture and B-B-Q, as well as access to all of the fields and meadows.

The small village of Rookley is within walking distance with a local shop and post office accessible by walking through the fields of Little Pidford Farm.

All utilities (heating, electricity, lighting etc..) are included as is all linen, bedding and towels. However, we would ask that you bring your own beach towels.

The accommodation offered is registered with Isle Of Wight Tourism and inspected by the Southern Tourist Board and has just been awarded a 4-Star rating.
