We are a family run business with a choice of three self-catering mobile homes here at Freshwater Fruit Farm, as well as a holiday bungalow at Cliff End in Colwell. Caravans

3 Bedroom Kestrel

Lounge/dining area, kitchen, hallway, shower and hand basin, there is a separate W.C., 1 double room, bedrooms 2 & 3 have 2 single beds.

3 Bedroom Pheasant

Large lounge/dining area, kitchen, hallway, separate shower-room and W.C., 1 double room, 1 twin bedroom and 1 kids bedroom (two smaller beds - suitable for children up to the ages of 12 years and adults who do not need as much room, a cot side is available on request) This caravan is different to most mobile homes because the toilet and shower room are separate from each other - both with hand basins.

3 Bedroom Swallow
Large lounge/dining area, kitchen, hallway, separate shower-room and W.C., 1 double room, 1 twin bedroom and 1 kid's bedroom (two smaller beds - suitable for children up to the ages of 12 years and adults who do not need as much room, a cot side is available on request) This caravan is different to most mobile homes because the toilet and shower room are separate from each other - both with hand basins.


You will need to bring your own linen including tea-towels, beach towels and shower towels - each mobile home is supplied with duvets but not the covers or sheets.

All gas and water is included within the letting cost, but electricity is payable by you via a £1 coin metre (we do not usually have change so please don't rely on us too much, although of course we will help if we can!)

The type of holidays we offer at Freshwater Fruit Farm are perhaps a little different than what you may have had before. We don't have a pool, bar, or clubhouse. What we do have is a massive collection of wildlife (including everything from toads to red squirrels, including lizards, foxes, badgers, newts and hares!) and lots of peace!

2 Bedroom Holiday Bungalow

This is an open plan bungalow, with two bedrooms and bathroom. It is about three miles from Freshwater Fruit Farm, at Cliff End, which is nestled in-between Totland, Freshwater and Yarmouth. Although there is not as much wildlife to be seen, the views more than make up for it! From the front of the bungalow, the Needles, Totland Bay and Yarmouth appear just a stones throw away, and with an excellent footpath network, you can be on the beach in minutes ... well, about 15 if walking!
