Self Catering  Lake View - Godshill Sleeps 6 This newly furbished wing of the house will provide spacious accommodation all on one level. Accommodating 6 people in 2 bedrooms (which can be configured as twin or double) and on the comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area. The open plan sitting/dining room leads through french windows onto the south facing patio which looks out over the garden to the millpond and the woods and farmland beyond stretching up to the Downs. Godshill Park Cottage Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms This detached 2 bedroom cottage is a secluded, luxury retreat situated on an organic working farm quarter of a mile from the public road. Absence of light pollution ensures clear starlit skies. The gently undulating farmland is crossed by footpaths which lead down to the village and up to the downs. We have a lake stocked with roach and carp for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a fish restaurant 10 minutes walk away in the village together with two pubs and a variety of small shops. Pheasant Cottage - Godshill Sleeps 4/5 in 2 bedrooms Delightful detached cottage in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, close to the picturesque village of Godshill on an organic farm bordering Appuldurcombe estate. 5 minute drive from Shanklin's sandy beaches. The organic farm has an Aberdeen Angus herdof cattle, Castlemilk moorit rare sheep, arable fields, pasture and attractive wooded hills and valleys. Bed and Breakfast  Godshill Park Farm's rooms are beautifully appointed with en suite facilities, colour TV, telephone, video, fridge, web/email access points and countryside views. The oak-panelled lounge is an excellent retreat from the world and ideal for private business meetings. Breakfast Local and organic produce used includes free range IOW bacon and sausages produced on a neighbouring farm, free range eggs, organic milk and butter and homemade preserves using our own fruit. Locally pressed apple juice is served together with a selection of other pure fruit juices. |
