Should VAT rate be altered, the new rate will be charged. The vacancies are those at the date of despatch. It cannot be guaranteed that these will be available when booking form and deposit received.

All accommodation is fully equipped except for towels and tea towels. Duvets, covers and bed linen are provided for all beds.
Gas and electricity are inclusive.
Bookings are from 2.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure.
Cots and highchairs are available for use in bungalows only.
We have no shop on-site, but advance groceries for your arrival day, together with daily milk and newspapers are available.
