Downcourt Cottages are very peaceful and are ideal for relaxing or active holidays. Situated on the South side of the island, there are magnificent views from St Catherine's Down with several footpaths and bridleways.

It is an excellent location for walking and cycling. There is off the road parking with room for several cars and a front and back garden with washing lines and picnic area.

The self catered accommodation sleeps up to six people. It is spacious and comfortable and well equipped. Children are very welcome and central heating, linen & towels are provided. There is a large lounge with colour TV (Sky)/DVD player and a three piece suite plus a sofa bed.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with a gas cooker and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and freezer.

Upstairs, the bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.

There are two bedrooms. One double room which is front facing with a balcony and a rear bedroom with twin beds.
