Situated on the 2nd Floor- separate lounge with wonderful views across the Solent. £20 per night supplement.	Large Victorian Wing Rooms £6 per night supplement	All our rooms are Double/Twin Sole Occupancy 50% of above rates plus supplement of £5 per night (Only 4 rooms available on the 1st floor) Sole occupancy of any other room at £25 per night supplement.

Our delightful, personally managed hotel has just sixteen rooms and a large car park.

Most rooms with Garden or Garden & Sea View. All rooms are quiet & peaceful.

We have Double & Twin rooms on the ground & 1st floors and one room specially adapted room on ground floor for the less able.

travelling from Lymington or Portsmouth
and staying a minimum of 2 Nights

PETS are most welcome at £4 per night. We provide a blanket for your pet to sleep on. Please keep on a lead within hotel.
