Fun in the Country for the Whole Family!
Welcome to Colemans Animal Farm — the most enjoyable and fun-filled Attraction on the Isle of Wight!
In fact, we really should name it “Colemans Fun, Friendly, Hands-On, Chill-Out, Value-For-Money, Animal Farm” but we had to shorten it!
All our visitors have hands-on experience of life on the farm and life amongst the animals — to cuddle them, stroke them and of course, feed them! We have raised all our animals from babies, so they love kids and adults. Why not read all about our animals on the About Our Animals page. But our friendly animals are just the start of your “Colemans Animal Farm” experience.
We have loads of fun attractions and activities for all ages to enjoy. Mums and Dads who want to relax while the kids play, can sit outside or inside our CAFE (stands for Colemans Animal Farm Eatery!) and watch the world go by.
When you arrive at Colemans Animal Farm, you can plan your time here effectively by looking at our Daily Events Boards which are posted throughout the Farm. And we also offer special monthly events throughout the year so you can plan ahead too.
The sun always shines at Colemans Animal Farm, but remember, even if the weather is not being kind, you will have a great time at the Farm because we have lots of animals and activities under shelter in our barns. |
At Colemans Farm we pride ourselves in being a family run business with friendly staff who offer all our visitors hands-on experience of life on the farm.
Colemans Farm has been a working Dairy Farm since long, long ago in 1558. In 1999 we spent 6 months transforming and refurbishing the Farm to offer a fun and friendly Animal Farm for kids and families of all ages. Over the last 6 years, Colemans Animal Farm has grown rapidly with new animals and attractions being added every year.
One thing you will notice immediately at Colemans Farm is our staff. They are all experienced in animal care and also the needs of our visitors. And unlike many Attractions that you will visit, most of our staff are over the age of 30-they have the experience to deal patiently with our visitors and to guide them through the daily life of our farm.
All our animals are permanent members of our family. They are a big part of our family and can be seen here year after a year. Of course, we are always recruiting new arrivals to join our family, but we do not get rid of our animals at the end of the each season to be replaced with new, possibly less friendly ones at the beginning of the new season. That is why all our animals are so friendly and happy in their environment.
We have raised most of our animals from babies - in fact we have even looked after new-born lambs, goats and ducks in our farmhouse, so that they can be warm and safe!
We have all worked hard to create an environment where kids and adults will meet many friendly faces (animal and human!) and also find a happy and fun Attraction with lots of to do and see.
We are sure you will have a great time with us and we really look forward to meeting you soon.
Best Regards,
Christopher Tebbutt & Emma Stack Owners |
