Enjoy your long or short stay in this non-smoking, light, airy, modern and comfortable Bed and Breakfast, one of the few Scandia-Hus custom designed properties on the Isle of Wight.

There are en-suite and non en-suite rooms, all with:

The property has a large garden and plenty of space for parking.
£25 - £35 per person per night depending on time of year.
Please arrive after 16:00 and depart before 10:30 unless agreed in advance.


The cottage sleeps between 2 & 6 people. IF 2-3 PEOPLE WISH TO HIRE THE UNIT, THEN A REDUCTION IN THE COST CAN BE MADE. TELEPHONE FOR DETAILS. (LOUNGE AND KITCHEN WILL BE ON THE FIRST FLOOR.)

Self Catering - The Annexe

Ground floor:

Kitchen - Fitted kitchen equipped with microwave electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, CD player, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, etc..

Bedroom 3/Lounge - A family bedroom/lounge with sofa, chairs, curtained off bunk beds, wardrobe, and cupboards, 42” television (free sat digital TV), reading books and games. En-suite shower room with WC and sink.

Additional shower room and cloakroom with WC and sink.

First floor

Bedroom 1 - Bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and cupboards and TV.

Bedroom 2 - Bedroom with twin beds, TV and DVD player.

•High Chair.
•Wireless broadband

Outside

The property has a large entrance and plenty of space for parking. Relax and eat outside at the tables and chairs on the decking and enjoy cooking with the barbeque provided. Outdoor games such as lawn croquet, and badminton are provided.

Weekly letting starts Friday or Saturday (depending on time of year)
