Clock House is a quality bed and breakfast situated in the delightful hamlet of Brook.

Ideally situated close to the costal road and beach.

The rooms are en-suite, light, airy and contain tea-coffee making facilities, radio alarm clock and every room has SAT Digital TV.

The garden is large and there is plenty of off road parking.


THE COTTAGE - SELF CATERING

The accommodation is only recently built featuring all the essentials of modern living. A Spacious kitchen/ dining area with a circotherm oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all cutlery, china, utensils provided.

On the ground floor there is also a WC and a separate shower room. The first floor contains the double bedroom, accessible through the sitting room, containing its own large sofa bed.

For those who want to just relax after a long day, the accommodation has SAT Digital Television.


It is a Non-Smoking accommodation, smokers are requested to please do so outside.

SUPERB LOCATION

Situated in the delightful hamlet of Brook, and surrounded by farmland, the building is an easy 5/10 minute walk away from Brook beach, popular for kite surfing and wind surfing. Another 10 minute walk to the vast expanse of Compton beach. This area is a National Trust protected area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and as such boasts some of the most captivating views the island has to offer. Compton beach itself in un-commercialized.

Ask for a Brochure that tells you all about the other places of interest close to BrookDownland walks with stunning views over the island start right from our door. In our own gardens and woodland, native red squirrels and pheasants live, and are commonly seen. Your accommodation features its own dedicated garden area, with a picnic table. A four minute walk up the road will lead you to the adjacent hamlet of Hulverstone (1/2 mile) . The hamlet has its own traditional English Pub, The Sun Inn, offering traditional ales and homemade food.


The busy sailing village of Yarmouth is 6 miles away, with a superb choice of tea rooms and specialist shops. For those who wish to eat-out there is a wide variety of restaurants and pubs, with many offering local caught seafood. The bustling port of Yarmouth is an attraction in itself with many yachts coming and going everyday.
