Assured of a friendly welcome, the position is perfect for Shanklin Old and New towns and overlooks Shanklin esplanade and the beach. Being situated on the edge of the famous cliff path it also is ideally situated for a leisurely stroll or a full cliff walk for the more enthusiastic.

Exclusive to residents is the secluded heated swimming pool and games room, offering pool, snooker and table tennis. Additional facilities are the coffee shop providing day time refreshments & lunches in stunning surroundings, again exclusive to residents, a pool side menu is also available.
