The cottage is just a short walk from the shops and pubs of the village making it a well placed spot for those looking to enjoy some of the local nightlife

The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
Positioned at the southernmost tip of the Isle of Wight, the village of Niton offers an excellent selection of shops including a mini supermarket, pharmacy, butchers and a post office. There are also two pubs, both serving good food and ales.
Just a mile away is Blackgang Chine, offering 40 acres of lovely cliff top gardens that include numerous attractions such as live shows and fairground rides for all ages.
There are also a number of walking and cycling opportunities, taking in the scenic views along the maze of coastal paths that stretch for 60 miles around the circumference of the Island. Just four miles away is Victorian resort of Ventnor, well known for its mild climate and sandy beaches.
