Bourne Hall Hotel Isle of Wight Whether it is a corporate lunch, a special family celebration or a less informal dinner for two, The Cameron restaurant at Bourne Hall, provides a stylish setting to dine.

Martyn Moore, the executive chef at Bourne Hall, has designed creative menus from carefully selected ingredients and seasonal produce from local suppliers on the Isle of Wight or near neighbouring counties across the Solent whenever possible.

Our talented chef additionally has 30 years experience individually preparing meals for diners with special dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, lactose, wheat and gluten free (celiac), diabetic etc to name a few. Our diners have great pleasure being able to dine with us with safe knowledge that their meal is carefully being prepared to their specific requirement. (Prior notice is preferred).

Hotel with pool in Shanklin The perfect place to relax, recharge and refresh

Located within the grounds of Bourne Hall, adjacent to the outdoor swimming pool, is the indoor leisure complex open daily from 8 o’clock in the morning until 8 o’clock in the evening for hotel residents, leisure members and their guests. Recently refurbished it features an indoor heated swimming pool (40 foot by 10 foot), a Jacuzzi, a brand new “far” infra red sauna, and a mini gym.

Our pool is maintained at a warm, comfortable temperature of 84 degrees C, ideal for a few relaxing lengths. Why not start each day with a swim?

If you like to work out, the hotel has a mini gym featuring Reebok running, rowing, cycling and stepping equipment in addition to a body toning power plate, so you can maintain your regime during your stay.

After a long and enjoyable day, it’s wonderful to sink into the bubbling warm waters of the Jacuzzi bath, let the jets massage you and ease any tired muscles. Enjoy the health benefits of the sauna and feel cleansed and exhilarated.
